<h3>Deep Relaxation is the key to Healing</h3>

<h4>We can rejuvenate, regenerate and heal with deep relaxation.</h4>
<p>&#8230; as in deep relaxation we re-connect with our true self to rejuvenate, regenerate and heal. Our ability for healing is poor if we don&#8217;t allow our-self enough deep relaxation. Only when we are relaxed, we recharge physically, mentally and emotionally.</p>
<p>To grasp some insight, upon this concept let&#8217;s reflect upon nature. Simply, if we observe nature, we’ll see how the sun gradually arises and then slowly sets each day. Clearly, we can see, in the whole rhythm of life, there are times for activity and there are times for rest. Just as we can observe in nature around us, we also have natural rhythms within us. As we reflect upon it, we may see that in nature, by the end of each year there has been an equal time of day and night. Likewise, we may see the wisdom in as much time in relaxation as in there is in activity in our own life. As well, reflect how just as these cycles of ebb and flow within each day, so it is also in our annual seasons. Whilst spring and summer are the seasons to be more active, autumn and winter are the seasons to slow down, to rest and go more within.</p>
<h4>Most people are too stressed!</h4>
<p>Time is most probably our greatest resource. Too many people are complaining about being stressed. In these modern times, too many people are going flat out on the treadmill all year long. We need to invest in time to help rejuvenate, regenerate and heal our self.  We also need to become more aware of how to tune into the ideal times for both activity and rest. Be more active during the day to earn our rest at evening. Let your evenings be the time to slow down and to go more within. Simply, the greater the activity the greater you have well earned your rest.</p>
<h4>Nature is our Greatest Healer</h4>
<p>The closer we are to nature, the easier it is to heal. Become more aware of your relationship with nature. Here we can clearly see the many ways of how our environment affects us. Our environment affects our attitude, mood and function. The more we can tune into our environment, the more we can be in harmony. When we are in harmony with nature, we are in harmony with the nature of our self.</p>
<h4>Relaxation is powerful</h4>
<p>Relaxation can be as powerful as any action. When we are relaxed, we are being in the present moment. We can relax when we feel satisfied, are contented, in appreciation and gratitude. When we are in this space, all that we need is to be totally present in the here now. In this space, we can also be more open to passively receive. Whilst the masculine aspect is about the action of giving out, the feminine space is receptive. This is embracing the power of our feminine aspect. Relaxation is to let go of any force and resistance. As we let go, we transform. Transformation is about switching. It’s about changing our orientation to release what we don’t need so that we can be more open to receive new growth. When we are relaxed, we rejuvenate, repair, regenerate and heal the wounds of the past.</p>
<h4>De-stress and Heal</h4>
<p>We cannot heal when we are stressed. We need deep relaxation for healing to take place. In a sense, it is not us that does the healing. It’s simply about returning to our natural relaxed state for the healing to take place. Healing is to make ‘whole’. When we are relaxed we return from being fragmented, back to our more integrated whole state. Many people tend to get bored with not doing anything. Interestingly, for some, a range of emotions may arise. For many, there maybe guilt, undeserving or unworthiness. Relaxation is time to integrate these emotions. Beware that it’s essential for our well-being to get the right amount of rest to help resolve these emotions, that would otherwise have negative effects in our life. In a relaxed state we can allow for greater resolution. You may notice, how so often when we are relaxed, we are more open to receiving insights.</p>
<h4>Deep Relaxation Healing</h4>
<p>Relaxation doesn’t necessarily mean stillness. Our modern world tends to celebrate action, yet not relaxation. The key is to not to fight against relaxation. Observe, when relaxed, how you can be fully present, just being, connected and aware. We’re at rest, in peace with no conflict. It’s time to recharging our batteries. Relaxation is the key to de-stress and handling pain and fatigue.</p>
